Personalized Pages

Well, everyone, here's something that you will like!

It has been decided that all aritsts and authors be allowed to personalize the pages that contain their work! You may only use .CSS files (for instance, the blue background design is from a .CSS file). Programs like Macromedia's DreamWeaver are good for making .CSS files.

To do this, simply create your .CSS background file and send it to ThedigiartistsdomainAlos state wether it is a lemon page or art page. If you need help creating a .CSS file, these sites should be able to help you.

Your .CSS file MAY contain:

- A new banner (like the one at the very top of this page with the logo on it)
- Pictures. If you decide to use Digimon art that is NOT made professionally from Toei or BanDai, you must either have drawn it yourself or have the artist e-mail the administrator and give him permission to use it on the site.

Your .CSS file MAY NOT contain:

- Swear words. We do know that people swear, but let's keep it off of the main portions of the site (which include the author/artist pages).

Your .CSS file MUST contain:

- A banner (e.g. the one at the very top of this page) with some kind of logo and working links so that viewers may navigate around the site from your page. Please leave your banners at the top. You may create a new banner if you wish--as long as the links work.
- Legible, visible, standard-sized text formatting.

We here at the DaD are fully aware that people love to send viruses and worms through e-mail--which is why upon arrival, your .CSS files will be not only virus-scanned, but checked over for dangerous codes or files that may have been entered.

If you can't get the links in your banner to work in the .CSS file, that's fine--just leave a blank space there and send the banner that you had in mind along with your .CSS file and a Notepad or Word document containing the coordinates for the links. If you have no clue what "the coordinates for the links" is all about, just say that in your e-mail and we'll see what we can do.
