The methods depend very much upon a few core elements:
(1) Form is, to some extent, artificially driven in the Digital World. THe is probably no need to enlarge the holes of anybody while IN the Digital World.
(2) What is the core driving force behind the change? Are they being forced, manipulated, or re-shaped into slaves by the Dark Masters?
(3) Why are the Dark Masters doing this? They seemed quite content to simply rule the Digital World and kill any opposition, and we have never seen canon evidence suggesting that Digimon actually have sexual hungers (maybe they don't and only do it when they choose).
It's been a while since we've talked, but I see your questions are as blunt as ever. Answer my questions and we might be able to make some progress.

Bad guys took her on to a slave ship.

Some girls would be brainwashed and sold to different countries.
Some girls would remain on the ship to entertain the customers.
They would be trained to become a sex slave on a small island which was not found on the map.

I personally think you should age Hikari up a bit before having her sold into slavery. But I also think the general answer to "how do I train a girl for sex slavery?" is "you don't".
