And wow, I just realized it, but a high-school student got their hands on a high caliber gun seemingly out of nowhere. Now, how did THAT happen? o_O

IC:

Yui slowly got up with Kou's help, she gripped her hands on his uniform, her eyes trained on the impaled body. She heard Hoshi's voice, seemingly making her finally realize that she wasn't alone. "Ahhh... H-Hoshi-chan!" she said, letting go of Kou to rush her friend, tightly hugging her, "Kyaaa! What's happening?! This can't be! It's a dead person!" she screamed. The background lit up as thunder roared outside; it had begun pouring hard again.

Kaido had followed the others, the sound having made him awfully suspicious. Boldly, the sophomore walked to the front of the grizzly scene, keeping his shoes clear from the pool of blood. His eyes fixed on the second thing that stood out most prominently in that corpse; not the rusted pipe protuding from that torn-open chest, but that bizarre red heart-shaped mask smiling to them that was put on the victim's face. The boy reached with his hand to pull the mask off to reveal the identity of the deceased.

A flash of lightening coincidentially whitened the place, Kaido carefully taking that horrible mask off the killed. What was revealed surprised even Kaido himself. His eyes went wide as the first thunderous roar echoed from outside and a second flash whitened the scene once more.

It was the senior that had been collecting the money earlier.
