There could be a problem with their DNS cache, When the site had some domain issues a while back Lord Patamon got everyone to flush their caches and that seemed to work for most people. if I remember you need to load the command prompt and type in;
ipconfig/flushdns
If you're on Vista you need to right click and choose run as Administrator or you're going to be told you need elevation. No idea with windows seven.
