Well, I was drawn to different ones for different reasons.

I like Garurumon/Weregarurumon/MetalGarurumon because I just loved everything about them. I know they don't talk much but I loved the way they were drawn, their abilities... I just liked them.

I like Dorumon/Dorugamon/Dorugremon for a different reason. Having watched the Digimon X movie, I sympathised with him, trying to find out who he was and why he was there in the first place. I like the mix of dragon/beast and the intelligence behind him. I think he is the first Digimon I like that has a full character and story.
